    Quirico Migheli is associate professor of Plant pathology at the Department of Agricultural Sciences, University of Sassari, Italy. 1985: MSc degree in Agricultural Sciences, University of Torino, Italy; 1987: 1-year fellowship, Institute of Applied Plant Virology - C.N.R., Torino; 1988: 6-months fellowship, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel; 1990-1998: assistant professor, University of Torino; 1991: 6-months fellowship, AFRC Institute of Horticultural Research, UK; 1995: 12-months post-doctoral fellowship, Université Paris-Sud, France; 1998: associate professor, University of Sassari. 2007: Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (HDR), University of Burgundy, Dijon, France; 2009: “Qualification” as university professor in sections CNU 68 (Biology of organisms) and 66 (Physiology), French University System.
